We’re looking for several Business Development Directors to support our growth and help transform our customers’ business. This role combines account management, strategist and sales competences. You will be leading and working with multidisciplinary teams consisting of service designers, strategists, UX designers, developers and content marketing professionals.
You will be a key player in solving business critical challenges for our clients. The work itself often centres around strategy definition, new business concepts, digital products/services, long term change management programs or all of the above.
It is important in this role to be able to operate independently. We work as a team but expect the Business Development Director to take initiative in selling, growing client relationships, fulfilling clients’ strategic goals, leading teams and making sure things happen on time and in budget.

We’d like you to have experience in either a consultancy, agency or client side background. Titles vary, but you should be a professional within the field of digitalisation and/or lean startup with a business driven mindset.
