We’re looking for someone, but not just anyone, to support our growth and help transform our customers’ businesses.
As a Business Development Manager you will oversee design sprints and storytelling cases, as well as web store and website projects, amongst others. As we produce a wide range of work, we aren’t fussy about having experience in specific kinds of projects. Whether you have managed some of the aforementioned or have experience in more strategic/branding work, that’s all that matters as you will be expected to take on diverse cases.
You will be a key facilitator of client relationships, responsible for setting project goals, managing resources, preparing pitches and facilitating internal workflows to meet deadlines. You will be working in multidisciplinary teams of service and UI designers, developers and content marketing professionals, as well as in an environment that supports personal and professional growth, giving you the opportunity to expand your role within a commercial organisation.
In this role it is important that you are able to operate independently. We always work in teams, where you will be expected to work with each individual to meet targets and ensure high quality work gets delivered on time and within budget.

We’d like you to have experience in either a consultancy, agency or client-side background. Titles vary, but you should be a professional in the area of digitalisation and/or have experience of a lean startup, endowed with a business-driven mindset.
