We are doing bigger, more challenging, more important work than we’ve ever done before, and we are looking for a Technical Service Designer to beef up our team:
As a Technical Service Designer, you have an enterprise architect’s perspective and contribute your insight throughout the entire design & development process. You’re able to map out our clients’ current technical capabilities as well as understand their role in the business. You’re able to understand the manner in which these technical capabilities are used in building services, and you can realize their current pain points in business development.
To be successful in your role, you must be able to collaborate with service designers and understand service design methods and techniques. You must be able to link your technical perspective to conceptual design, thereby presenting solutions to the clients’ pain points and developing the technical blueprints for their service platforms. You should be able to support your work with technical feasibility of design solutions and have a general business competence.

We would like you to have at least 5 years of relevant experience on either the consultancy or client side. Titles vary, but experience working as a solution architect, software architect, technical lead would be ideal.
